What options do I have after completing my graduation?

After graduation, you have two options. First is to get a job and second is to do a PG course. In the first option, you struggle to find a job and still get only around 2 Lacs p.a. When compared to more qualified colleagues, you will always lag behind the promotions queue. Once you are used to earning money, chances of going back to study mode are very low.

If you are going to do your PG by investing your time and money, the best expected returns come from an MBA course.

Many MBA holders don’t get a job or they do small jobs after completing their degree (as published in many leading newspapers and magazines).

A better option is to go for Reverse MBA, which offers you placement before getting admission in MBA with minimum Rs. 5 to 12 lakh package p.a. Your course begins only after you get placement. Reverse MBA is not something different from MBA here you do same course you study almost same syllabus which is in MBA but more of practical knowledge the word reverse is used for Getting job before completing your course of MBA where in normal MBA you get job, internship  after completing your course but reverse MBA is something which assure your placement before taking admission it means you are not just dreaming about getting job of lakhs after your MBA (mostly people do as they have high expectation from MBA degree and they are not aware of competition in between large number of MBA holder) in reverse MBA you already got your job so you are no more in dream world or just expecting something because you already did it, now the question is how is it possible to get job before completing your course actually you have to pass five round of tests based on your graduation level knowledge, (not so difficult to clear) once you clear all these test they will present you in front of various corporate and then that corporate people will judge you based on their criteria if you are selected then only you will get admission in institute for MBA, if you are not selected by corporate then you will not get admission for reverse MBA but you will lose nothing in trying they will return that small amount which you had paid for test. If you are selected for course, course is full of practical knowledge which trains you to work in corporate rather than just teaching you MBA with nine month paid internship in course itself, then after completing your course if you don’t want to work with organization which has selected then too you have something more than MBA degree which makes you first choice over other MBA holder.
